Tes Sewell
There’s nothing Tes Sewell enjoys more than poking holes in the impossible. Born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, Tes eventually escaped the British weather to “paddle across the pond”. After straying to Whistler, Canada for 8 snow-packed years he eventually found himself back in California at the heart of the Television and Action Sports industry. He’s the original Sport Organizer for freestyle motocross at ESPN’s X Games, a Producer of global sporting events, a Motorsports TV host, and a terrible guitarist. Tes became part of a team who, not unlike the plot of Star Trek, embarked on a mission to explore strange new worlds, and boldly go where no one had gone before. This led him to join in such outlandish World Record adventures as jumping a rally car from a pier onto a floating barge, riding a motorcycle on – and then off – the 100’ tall Arc De Triomphe in Las Vegas, a trophy truck jump over a cowboy western town, repeating and besting Evel Knievel’s greatest motorcycle jumps, backflipping a motorcycle over London’s iconic Tower Bridge, building a floating freestyle motocross course on an urban lake, and even figuring out how to safely jump a car over the Great Wall of China. Having traveled the world helping top-flight athletes understand and achieve their dreams, Tes realizes that it’s more exciting and fulfilling to say “yes’ before you really have time to think about it.
