Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson is the Director of the Center for Leadership and an Associate Professor at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. A nationally recognized expert on leadership and inclusion, her research explores how to support leaders in creating thriving workplaces. Dr. Johnson has lent her thought leadership to top organizations including The World Economic Forum, NASA, the NFL, and The Conference Board. She has spoken at more than 170 events worldwide, including a 2016 White House summit on diversity in corporate America. A member of the prestigious MG 100 Coaches and a two-time Thinkers50 honoree (2020, 2021), Dr. Johnson is the author of the national bestseller Inclusify: The Power of Uniqueness and Belonging to Build Innovative Teams. Her research has been published in the top academic journals and supported by over $4 million in external funding, including grants from NIOSH, CDC/NIH, NASA, and the Army Research Institute.
